For every action, there
is a reaction. What goes up must come down and everything we say
and do is going to have an impact: favorable or unfavorable.

taking no action will lead to nothing changing. In his song Man in the Mirror, Michael Jackson profoundly
said: if you want to make the world a better place, take a
look at yourself and then make a change. Change begins with
